Position Overview

Zoff is looking for a reliable Machine Operator to run and monitor packing and production machines on the FMCG line. The operator is responsible for setting up, starting, running, and doing basic upkeep of automatic packing machines such as zipper pouch machines, FFS/FCC (Form-Fill / continuous packing) machines, VFFS, auger fillers and similar equipment, while maintaining output, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, start and operate packing machines (zipper pouch, FFS/FCC, VFFS, auger filler, etc.) as per the daily production plan.
- Adjust and monitor machine settings — filling weight, sealing temperature, cutting, coding and pouch size — for the product being run.
- Maintain machine speed and output to meet production targets without compromising quality.
- Check pouch sealing, weight, coding (MFG/EXP/batch), and packing quality regularly and remove defective packs.
- Perform changeovers between products, pack sizes and film/roll as required.
- Do routine cleaning, oiling,



greasing and first-level maintenance of the machine and report breakdowns to maintenance immediately.
- Load material and track raw material, packing film, and finished pouch counts; record production data on the log sheet.
- Follow hygiene, food safety (FSSAI / GMP) and safety (5S, PPE) standards on the shop floor at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisor, quality and maintenance teams to keep the line running smoothly.

Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on experience operating automatic packing machines — zipper, FFS/FCC, VFFS or similar — in an FMCG / food / spices plant.
- Basic understanding of machine settings, sealing, weighing and coding systems.
- Ability to identify minor faults and do basic troubleshooting / maintenance.
- Aware of hygiene, GMP and food-safety practices.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and stand for long hours.
- Basic reading, writing and record-keeping ability.

Qualification & Experience

Education: 10th / 12th pass or ITI (Fitter / Electrical / Mechanical preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years as a machine operator in FMCG / food / packaging.

Pay: ₹8,542.43 - ₹25,042.63 per month
