Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
- Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS and filing of TDS returns.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Payroll & Employee Perks

- Review payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and other employee benefit regulations.
- Verify payroll-related accounting entries.





Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Resolve payment and billing discrepancies.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide junior accountants.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Train team members on accounting and compliance matters.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
