- Streamline workflows to reduce operational costs and turnaround times (TAT)
- Ensure daily operations meet strict internal and external quality thresholds
- Build a highly productive, engaged, and skilled workforce
- Employee attrition rate, average training hours per employee, and team productivity metrics
- Maximize the utilization of company resources while controlling expenses
- Track availability, performance, and quality to maximize production capacity
- Ensure floor output matches daily or weekly production plans
- Minimize the number of rejected or reworked units to maintain high product standards
- Maintain 5S or equivalent floor organization standards and routine equipment maintenance schedules
