Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build robust customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Job Planning and Organizing, Operational Skills.
- Manage inventory planning and coordinate with operations.
- Drive marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Complaint management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹25,300.00 per month
