About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Estimator with 3–5 years of experience in structural concrete and/or FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) estimating. You will support our preconstruction and bidding workflows by performing material quantity take-offs, reviewing drawings, and helping prepare accurate estimates for active and upcoming projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a solid foundation in estimating and wants to advance their skills while working closely with senior estimators and engineering teams on US-based construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform material quantity take-offs for structural concrete and FRP scopes
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents with moderate independence
- Assist in preparing detailed estimates, cost breakdowns, and bid packages
- Identify scope gaps, inconsistencies, and missing information and escalate appropriately
- Support senior estimators with organized documentation, notes, and revisions
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and US-based clients when clarifications are required
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, assumptions, and changes
- Contribute to improving standardized take-off and estimation templates and workflows

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating (structural concrete or FRP required)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
- Experience using take-off/estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost structures
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with experience supporting US clients or projects
- High attention to detail and accuracy





Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting US-based construction projects
- Familiarity with preconstruction workflows, bid cycles, and RFI processes
- Exposure to concrete repair, FRP strengthening, or general contracting environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Assessment Requirement

On initial alignment, all candidates must complete a practical estimating test (approx 2 hours) as part of the hiring process.
The assessment will evaluate:

- Ability to interpret structural drawings
- Concrete and/or FRP quantity take-off accuracy
- Documentation of assumptions and notes
- Ability to identify scope gaps or missing information
- Attention to detail and clarity of communication

This ensures candidates have the technical foundation required for the role.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
