Sampling and Product Development

- Manage the sampling process from initial development to buyer approval (fit, proto, and pre-production (PP) samples).
- Create tech packs and Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately.
- Coordinate the lab dip, fabric, and trim approvals ensuring they match buyer specifications.

2. Sourcing and Procurement

- Track and follow up with local and nominated fabric and accessory suppliers.
- Ensure all raw materials are ordered, delivered, and inspected on time to avoid production delays.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain fabric and trim consumption sheets.

3. Production Coordination & T&A; Tracking

- Create and strictly monitor the Time and Action (T&A;) calendar to track progress from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Assist in conducting Pre-Production meetings with cutting, stitching,



and finishing floor managers.
- Coordinate daily with the production, quality, and packing departments to solve on-floor issues.

4. Documentation and Shipping

- Assist the merchandising team in preparing documentation for shipment, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Coordinate with the quality control team and buying agencies for final inspections.
- Track delivery updates and maintain open communication with the buyer regarding shipping statuses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
