Description

Execute API manufacturing operations such as charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation, drying, blending, milling, and packing as per approved BMRs and SOPs. Ensure timely completion of production activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets. Monitor and record critical process parameters during manufacturing operations. Verify raw materials, intermediates, solvents, and process equipment before use. Maintain accurate documentation, including BMRs, logbooks, equipment usage records, and cleaning records. Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS departments for smooth manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, safety, and regulatory requirements. Identify process abnormalities and immediately report deviations, incidents, and non-conformances to supervisors. Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, change controls, and risk assessments. Ensure equipment cleaning, line clearance, and area housekeeping as per GMP requirements. Monitor utility availability and report equipment breakdowns to the Engineering department.
