Vasundhara Construction is a trusted name in construction, interior design, renovation, and civil engineering services. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive who can professionally communicate with clients, generate quality leads, and provide excellent customer support.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain construction, renovation, and interior design services to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain customer records in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Telecalling,



Customer Support, Sales, or Client Handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong client handling and customer relationship skills.
- Confident and professional communication.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
