- Purchase of new laptops, desktops, and computer hardware accessories (mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, cables, UPS, etc.) as per requirement and budget
- Format and fresh OS installation on laptops/desktops
- Install and activate OS, MS Office, and Antivirus license on all company PCs/laptops
- Handle SCADA software license activation and maintain client/plant-wise activation records
- Handle company email account creation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Outlook/webmail)
- Perform regular data backup and maintain backup logs
- Maintain Excel sheets for:
- IT hardware & accessories asset register
- OS/Office/Antivirus license tracking
- SCADA license activation status (client-wise)
- Client-wise software installation records
- Procurement/coordination with vendors for IT hardware, software,



and AMC
- General troubleshooting and IT support for all employees
- Any other IT-related work assigned by management

Skills Required:

- Hands-on knowledge of OS installation, MS Office & Antivirus activation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory, for maintaining trackers)
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, printer sharing)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Location: Kathwada GIDC

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
