Eviz Designs is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive / Sales Executive who can manage leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful meetings and business opportunities.
The candidate should have prior experience in an interior design company, modular furniture company, home improvement brand, building material company, or interior-related product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with qualified interior design leads regularly
- Track all leads and maintain proper follow-up records
- Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly
- Convert leads into appointments, meetings, and site visits
- Meet clients and build trust through professional communication
- Coordinate with the design team for client presentations and proposals
- Maintain regular updates on lead status and conversion progress
- Work towards monthly sales and meeting targets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4–6 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred
- Background in interior design, modular interiors, furniture, building materials, home decor, or related industries
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Confident in client handling and follow-ups
- Good understanding of lead conversion and sales process
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
Primary Role: Qualified lead calling, follow-up, client meeting, and lead conversion.
Compensation & Incentive:
Fixed salary will be as per experience and interview performance. Attractive incentives will be provided based on lead conversion, successful client meetings, and confirmed project bookings.
