We are looking for a proactive Operational Auditor to ensure smooth retail operations across all stores. The role involves auditing SOP compliance, store operations, CRM usage, documentation, inventory processes, and customer service standards while driving continuous operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct scheduled and surprise operational audits across stores.

· Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and operational standards.

· Verify daily operational checklists, documentation, and process adherence.

· Audit CRM activities including customer enquiries, follow-ups, and lead management.

· Monitor inventory processes, stock movement, barcoding, and documentation.

· Evaluate store presentation, housekeeping,



staff grooming, and customer experience.

· Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.

· Track closure of audit observations and submit periodic audit reports.

· Coordinate with Store Managers and department heads to improve operational efficiency.
