The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing robust web applications using React and Java, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable web applications using React for frontend and Java for backend. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define application requirements and establish project timelines. - Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application and development processes. Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in React.js for frontend development. - Strong experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).



- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Understanding of version control systems such as Git.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
