Position: Solar Sales Engineer

Role Overview

This is a full-time job based in Ernakulam/Alappuzha/Kottayam/Pathanamthitta. As a Solar Sales Engineer, you will act as a bridge between technical solutions and client needs - driving both sales and engineering aspects of solar projects.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their energy requirements, and offering customized solar solutions. The role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to support clients throughout the decision-making process and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive B2B and B2C solar sales across assigned regions

* Identify customer needs and propose optimized solar solutions





* Prepare techno-commercial proposals and project estimates

* Provide technical presentations and consultations to clients

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for seamless execution

* Achieve sales targets through a proactive and result-oriented approach

* Stay updated on solar technologies, policies, and market trends

Eligibility

* Diploma / Degree / PG in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

* MBA candidates are also welcome

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry

Requirements

* Robust communication and client-handling skills

* Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

* Ability to adapt to a professional, corporate work environment

* Willingness to travel across Kerala

* Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

* Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license
