Job Summary

TechbyHeart is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our training programs and services through field marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling, meeting clients, visiting colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to generate leads, build partnerships, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to promote TechbyHeart's training programs and services.
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and promotional activities for students and organizations.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Represent the company professionally during all external meetings and events.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Field Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting new people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
