Job Summary

Gateway International School is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Hindi Facilitator to join our dynamic IB team at the Padur campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and culturally rich Hindi language instruction as per the IB philosophy, fostering language acquisition and intercultural understanding among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Planning & Delivery
- Plan, develop, and implement engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the IB MYP/DP frameworks and learner profile.
- Assessment & Reporting
- Create formative and summative assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback in line with IB assessment criteria.
- Classroom Workplace
- Foster a student-centered, inclusive, and interactive classroom that encourages exploration, inquiry, and language proficiency.
- Collaboration & IB Coordination




- Work closely with the IB Coordinators and team members to integrate interdisciplinary learning and support student development holistically.
- Professional Development & Training
- Stay updated with IB standards, attend IB workshops/training, and actively participate in internal school development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi Language or Literature
- IB-certified training preferred or willingness to undergo IB training
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern teaching tools
- Passionate about language teaching and international education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
