Job description:

Tithithara.com is seeking a proactive and growth-focused Sr. SEO Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for driving organic traffic, generating quality leads, improving online visibility, and managing a high-performing marketing team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Technical & programmatic SEO scale
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing activities across SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization initiatives.
- Monitor website performance, search visibility, and lead generation metrics.
- Guide the team in creating SEO-friendly content, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and achievement of KPIs.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor,



and support the Digital Marketing team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, content, and creative teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Any degree / Digital Marketing Course
- digital marketing experience can apply.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred
