Position Overview: - The Milk Processing Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring timely output, adherence to food safety standards, and continuous process improvement. The role requires effective utilization of staff and resources, coordination with stores for packing material, and reporting to management. Candidates must have prior experience in dairy or food processing industries and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Ensure timely production and continuous improvement in processing.
Monitor and optimize staff utilization for efficiency.
Resource Utilization
Manage optimal use of raw materials and packing materials.
Coordinate with storekeeper to ensure availability of packing materials.
Quality & Compliance
Implement and monitor QC processes.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate production records.
Report daily operations and issues to the manager.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related field
3–4 years of experience in milk/dairy processing or food production supervision.
