Location: Esplanade, Kolkata

JK Masale is seeking a highly experienced MIS Head to lead enterprise-wide MIS strategy, business reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have a robust leadership background, extensive experience in managing large-scale MIS operations, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.

Position: MIS Head

Eligibility:
* Experience: 10–15 Years in MIS (Mandatory)
* Current/Last Designation: MIS Head / MIS Lead (Mandatory)
* Last Company Tenure: Minimum 5 Years (Mandatory)
* Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead the organization's MIS function and reporting framework
✔ Develop and automate business dashboards and analytical reports
✔ Ensure timely, accurate,



and actionable MIS for leadership decisions
✔ Drive data integrity, process improvements, and reporting standardization
✔ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams
✔ Lead and mentor the MIS team while driving continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Deliver insightful business analytics to support organizational growth
