- Monday–Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

- Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

**Salary:** ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience and educational qualification) **+ incentives for every new connection brought in by the employee**

### About Us

Nexus Online Solutions is an authorized Internet Service Provider franchise delivering high-speed fiber optic broadband to homes and businesses in Sambalpur. We're looking for a dedicated Installation Engineer to join our field team.

### Role Overview

As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing new fiber optic Internet connections at customer premises and resolving Internet-related complaints to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service.

### Key Responsibilities

- Install optical fiber (FTTH) broadband connections at customer homes/offices

- Terminate and splice fiber cables, install ONT/routers, and test signal strength

- Troubleshoot and resolve Internet connectivity issues (no internet, slow speed, Wi-Fi problems, cable damage, etc.)

- Perform in office diagnostics and repairs for customer complaints

- Educate customers on router/device setup and basic troubleshooting

- Identify and bring in new customer connections in the service area





- Maintain accurate records of installations and service visits

- Coordinate with the support team on complaint ticket status and closures

- Carry and maintain company-provided tools and equipment

### Requirements

- Freshers welcome (training provided) or candidates with prior experience in networking/cable/telecom installation

- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, or related field preferred (not mandatory)

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP) is a plus

- Willingness to travel locally to customer locations daily

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Physically fit for fieldwork (climbing, ladder work, outdoor tasks)
