About the job

We are looking for the person who genuinely understands AI and turns that into real speed and quality for everyone else. Part power user, part coach, part workflow builder. You will know tools like Claude, Higgsfield, Nano better than anyone here, and your job is to make the whole team faster and sharper with them. This is a practical, hands-on role, not research.

What you will do:

- Own the agency AI toolkit across writing, design, video, research and operations, and keep it current as the tools change week to week
- Be the in-house expert on language models like Claude and ChatGPT, covering prompting, projects, custom setups and getting reliable, usable output
- Build repeatable workflows, prompt libraries and templates the team can run without you in the room
- Train and coach designers, editors, writers and account staff until working with AI is second nature to them
- Sit inside live projects, find where AI saves time or raises quality, and put it into practice
- Hold the line on quality so AI output reads human and on-brand, never generic or AI-sounding
- Build light automations and integrations that remove repetitive work
- Track the landscape and tell the team plainly what is worth adopting and what is noise
- Handle client data responsibly inside every AI workflow

What you need

- Deep, current, hands-on fluency with language models, Claude especially, alongside ChatGPT and Gemini
- Strong command of generative image and video tools such as Firefly, Midjourney,



Runway, Kling and HeyGen
- Genuine prompting skill and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it gets in the way
- The ability to teach, translating AI into plain terms a non-technical creative is comfortable with
- A systems mind, building processes other people can actually follow
- Some automation or no-code ability, for example Make, Zapier, APIs, custom GPTs or Claude projects
- A sharp editorial eye that catches and kills generic AI output before it ships
- Comfort working fast in a field that shifts constantly

We care more about demonstrable, current skill than years on a CV, since this field is barely a few years old. Show us what you have actually built and run.

Good to have

- Light coding or scripting, Python or JavaScript, for custom tools and API work
- A background in creative, marketing or content work
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or marketing automation platforms
- Comfort with data and analytics
