We are looking for a highly motivated Experience Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable international travel packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls and chats
- Build robust relationships with clients and provide personalized travel recommendations
- Explain itineraries, packages, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain leads in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Upsell additional services such as activities, insurance, and premium upgrades

Requirements





- 0–2 years experience in travel sales or holiday packages
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience handling international travel packages
- Ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Knowledge of destinations like Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Maldives, Dubai, Europe
- Comfortable handling high-volume leads
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation
- Proficiency in English and Hindi

- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
