Job Title: BIM Modeler – MEP

Job Description

Tri-Element Studio is looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and preparing high-quality construction documentation for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed MEP models and coordinated shop drawings.
- Develop models up to LOD 400 (experience with higher LODs is an advantage).
- Prepare and update As-Built Drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements





- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
