Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and company culture. The role requires ensuring that every employee maintains the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, ethics, and customer service expected in a premium jewellery showroom.

- Check attendance before store opening.
- Verify staffing levels across departments.
- Resolve employee issues and grievances.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring.
- Ensure showroom grooming and uniform standards.
- Review pending HR documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads.
- Update HRMIS and employee records.
- Monitor probation employees.
- Submit a daily HR activity report to management.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews for open positions.
- Hold one-on-one meetings with department heads.
- Organize at least one training session.
- Review employee performance metrics.
- Audit attendance and leave records.
- Resolve pending employee concerns.
- Prepare weekly HR reports.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll processing.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Review manpower planning.
- Analyze attrition and recruitment progress.
- Verify compliance documentation.
- Present an HR dashboard to management.
- Recommend promotions, incentives, or corrective actions.
Pay: ₹15,517.95 - ₹55,516.77 per month
