Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support overall office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, invoicing, inventory management, and routine accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally
- Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Maintain inventory records and track stock movement
- Prepare GST data, reports, and assist in filings
- Manage billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support general office administration work as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP




- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience in invoicing and inventory management
- Familiarity with GST and compliance requirements
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Prior experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food processing sector (optional but beneficial)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
