We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly & Packing Engineer to oversee assembly operations and packing activities in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure products are assembled accurately, packed as per customer specifications, and dispatched while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily assembly and packing operations.
- Ensure products are assembled according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
- Inspect finished products before packing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.




- Ensure proper packaging methods to prevent product damage during transportation.
- Maintain production, packing, and dispatch records.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and company policies.
- Report production issues, machine breakdowns, and quality concerns to the respective departments.
- Train and guide operators on standard assembly and packing procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
