Job Description: Azure Support Engineer

Role: Cloud Support Engineer

Location: Noida Office

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated deployment systems.
- Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan.
- Work with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications.
- Develop deployment support documentations for customers.
- Work with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations.
- Assist in current system development and enhancements.
- Attend trainings related to company’s deployment procedures and standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner.
- Designing and implementing scalable systems that keep our backend infrastructures running smoothly
- Ensuring best practices relating to security, performance, and monitoring

Requirements

- In depth knowledge of Azure Cloud Services (PaaS & IaaS), Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Azure infrastructure provisioning/management
- Knowledge of Azure Devops Modules like Azure Repos,



Azure Pipeline etc
- Experience in creating Docker images, Docker files, maintaining versions of builds and images, Kubernetes, Helm charts, AKS.
- Configuration of CICD pipeline to build, test and deploy NodeJs, Java and .Net applications using Jenkins, Teamcity, TFS etc.
- Developing using infrastructure automation solutions using tools like : Ansible/ Puppet/ Chef/ Terraform
- Administration and support of managing queue solutions: Kafka/Pulsar
- Administration and support of Gitlab/ Github/ SVN/ Subversion/ Bitbucket
- Experience carrying out monitoring and performance metrics analysis using one of the following tools: Hyperic, Prometheus, Nagios, Cacti, Munin, Ganglia or a similar program.
- Must have Linux experience (preferably Ubuntu, Red Hat or CentOS).
- Apache Tomcat and HTTP Server experience.
- Working knowledge of relational databases using Oracle or MySQL.
- Development scripts using languages like PowerShell/ Python/ Shell Scripting/ Groovy.
