We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer (Site) to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil works for 220/132/22KV Substation Projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in civil, structural, and building works, along with excellent project management, reporting, and team coordination skills to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and supervise civil, structural, and building works for 220/132/22KV substation projects.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance.
- Manage site resources, subcontractors, labour, and material requirements.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Track project milestones, identify risks,



and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project records for billing and documentation.
- Support project completion, handover, and final documentation.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–8 years of site execution experience in 220/132/22KV Substation, Power Transmission, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and building works.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, reporting, and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under project deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
