Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to automate key IT processes, including incident management, change management, service request fulfilment, and asset management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements and translate them into technically feasible solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with existing ITOM tools such as BMC Remedy, CA Technologies, and Service Manager to streamline data flow and eliminate manual work.
- Utilize ServiceNow Gen AI Controller, PI & PA to implement AI-powered features like incident analysis, prediction, and proactive remediation.
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code following ServiceNow best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.




- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow advancements and best practices, actively participating in continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow core platform concepts, workflows, and development tools.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML.
- Familiarity with Python and its application in scripting or automation.
- Working knowledge of ITOM tools and concepts.
- Understanding of Machine Learning principles and their potential applications in ITSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow Gen AI Controller, PI & PA is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
