- Customer se call, email aur WhatsApp ke through coordinate karna.
- Service status update aur ticket closure ensure karna.
- Daily reports aur MIS maintain karna.
- SLA ke according service completion monitor karna.
- Team aur customers ke saath proper communication maintain karna.

- Positive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Coordination aur follow-up skills.
- Multitasking aur time management.
