1. System Installation and Configuration

Install and configure operating systems, servers, and software applications.

Set up hardware such as computers, printers, and network devices.

Ensure systems are properly configured for optimal performance.

2. System Maintenance and Monitoring

Monitor system performance and ensure availability of all IT services.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

3. User Management

Create, modify, and delete user accounts.

Assign permissions and access rights based on roles.

Provide technical support to users.

4. Network Management

Manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet systems.

Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

Configure routers, switches, and firewalls.

5. Security Management

Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.

Protect systems against viruses, malware, and cyber threats.

Monitor system logs and investigate suspicious activities.





6. Backup and Recovery

Perform regular data backups.

Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

Restore systems and data in case of failures.

7. Documentation

Maintain records of system configurations, procedures, and changes.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.

8. Performance Optimization

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

Optimize servers and applications for better efficiency.

9. Software and Hardware Management

Install, update, and manage software licenses.

Maintain inventory of IT assets.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.

10. Compliance and Policy Enforcement

Ensure systems comply with organizational policies and regulations.

Enforce IT standards and best practices.
