Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in automotive wiring harness manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing daily production activities while ensuring quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Manage complete wiring harness manufacturing operations including:
- Wire Cutting & Stripping
- Crimping
- Twisting
- Soldering
- Splicing
- Harness Assembly
- Taping
- Continuity & Electrical Testing
- Final Inspection and Packing

Pay: ₹62,186.87 - ₹76,228.90 per month
