Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities – Resident Property ManagerSelling Process

- He or she should coordinate with the sales verticals to ensure a smooth property visit by the potential tenant
- Willremin in the property till it achieves 80% of the occupancy

Daily Operations

- He /She should follow the standard operating procedure for in time and flawless execution of tenant check in
- He /She should follow the standard operating procedure for in time and flawless execution of tenant check out
- FDO will be responsible for smooth operations of Food Services in the property
- Should Keep a proactive and efficient follow up on Essential Services in the assigned properties – Electricity , Water supply and cleaning




- Daily Quality checks of the building system will be carried out – Setting up preventive maintenance

Financials

- Should Carry out physical verification of the property occupancy of the entire inventory to eradicate possibilities of revenue leakage

Stay Experience

- Handling Escalation , complaints of the tenants and come out with best suitable solutions in time
- Exploring Current opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- Innovative ideas & DO MORE WITH LESS attitudeMaintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants

Company Policy and ownership

- An RPM is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned property
- He or she is responsible to take ownership and manager all the Physical assets in the property ( Microwave over etc. )
- Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests by showing proactiveness

Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor of Hotel Management
