Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in planning, coordinating, and executing product requirements for our lab-grown diamond jewellery business. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, production, inventory, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing merchandising activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order processing.
- Track production timelines and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Maintain product-wise inventory records and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for recent product launches.
- Prepare purchase orders, product sheets, and merchandising reports.
- Monitor product movement and replenishment across stores.
- Ensure accurate product specifications, pricing, and SKU management.
- Support product sampling and quality checks.
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




- Maintain merchandising documentation and ERP records.
- Assist during exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the jewellery, diamond, or luxury retail industry.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the lab-grown diamond, diamond, jewellery, or luxury retail industry.
- Knowledge of jewellery merchandising, product assortment, and inventory planning.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and merchandising software.

Salary

Best in the Industry (Based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
