Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Collect daily sales and stock data from all IMFL retail shops.
- Enter and maintain data accurately in Excel/accounting software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Verify and reconcile sales, stock, and cash-related records.
- Coordinate with shop staff for timely submission of reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Assist in basic accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts, data entry, or retail back-office operations.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain records.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Location: Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
