Position Overview:
The CRM will oversee post-sales customer service, managing the customer lifecycle from booking to handover. This role involves coordinating with customers, legal teams, and bankers, ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate customer service and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact from booking to handover.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer issues, including support for NRI clients.
- Documentation & Coordination:
- Prepare and manage documentation (booking forms, agreements).
- Ensure legal compliance with the assistance of the legal team.
- Payment & Loan Coordination:
- Oversee payment collection and reminders.




- Coordinate home loan applications and disbursements with banks.
- Customer Handover & Support:
- Manage the handover process, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support post-handover, resolving any issues.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Maintain records of interactions and payments.
- Provide updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate post-sales customer service.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in sustainable real estate projects, home loan processes, NRI client handling, and familiarity with RERA norms.
