Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Parent toddler and Playgroup Teacher, located in Appa Junction, Hyderabad. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, designing and updating the curriculum, and delivering quality education tailored to early childhood learning. The individual will foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom workplace, effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff, and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children.

Qualifications

- Strong foundations in Lesson Planning,



Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education.
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with young children, parents, and team members.
- Experience working with 2 and 3 year children and understanding of their developmental needs.
- Passion for fostering a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in a teaching role, particularly with preschool aged children, is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead and manage a classroom while ensuring safety, creativity, and learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
