Job Summary

ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO), a leading garment manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in apparel, garment, or textile field sales, with the ability to develop new business, manage dealer and distributor relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit garment retailers, textile dealers, wholesalers, distributors, chain stores, and fashion boutiques.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Promote LESPARO products and secure sales orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit market feedback.




- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the Apparel, Garment, or Textile industry.
- Strong network with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and textile dealers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
