Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our presence on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing product listings, optimizing campaigns, inventory management, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Management: Manage Nutriride’s product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce channels.
- Campaign Execution: Implement and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to boost product visibility and sales.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for e-commerce orders.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation and update records in the system.
- Order Processing: Ensure timely processing, packaging, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Content Optimization: Update product descriptions, images, and specifications for better SEO and customer engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, traffic,



and conversion rates. Generate regular performance and inventory reports.
- Customer Interaction: Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback in a skilled and timely manner.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor strategies and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Experience with campaign management and performance tracking.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data and optimize listings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
