About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Floor Manager cum Team Leader to oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow across all sides of the sales floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, guiding the team, and ensuring effective execution of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results.
- Handle floor operations and provide real-time support to team members.
- Track and analyze data through MIS reports and Excel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and team spirit on the floor.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of MIS and Excel reporting.




- Proficient in computer operations and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to monitor, guide, and motivate sales staff.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in any field (MBA/PG in Management will be a plus).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales monitoring, team handling, or floor management.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or call center operations preferred.
