Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Manager to aggressively drive franchise expansion across India through alternate channels. This role requires a solid hunter mind-set — someone who can build consultant networks rapidly, generate high-quality leads, and close deals consistently

Roles & Responsibilities

● Aggressively on board and activate franchise consultants (DSAs/agents) to build a strong alternate

channel

● Recruit, train, and manage a large on-ground agent network (feet-on-street model) across the region

● Drive high-volume lead generation using both digital and offline channels

● Plan and execute cost-effective marketing campaigns for maximum visibility and ROI

● Conduct competition mapping and preschool visits to identify conversion opportunities

● Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure and franchise sign-up

● Ensure fast conversion turnaround and strong pipeline management, validate and qualify leads





to improve conversion ratios and business outcomes

● Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for scalable lead generation

● Stay updated with market trends and capitalize on local opportunities for lead generation

● Consistently achieve and exceed regional expansion targets

Role Requirement

● Any Graduate with 10 years + of hardcore experience in Sales, Distribution, DSA/Channel,

Management, and Lead Generation

● Proven track record of closing deals and delivering targets consistently

● Strong geographical knowledge the market they will be looking after

● Ability to build and activate networks quickly for immediate results

● Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

● Comfortable with a field-intensive role and extensive travel

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
