Wanted an HR Executive with a Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the hospital/healthcare sector
Salary: Rs.20000/- to Rs.25000/-
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- HR documentation and statutory compliance
- Support NABH accreditation processes and maintain HR-related NABH documentation
- Performance management and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and labor laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of hospital HR operations and NABH requirements.
