Objective of the role:

Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities, guest communications, corporate account management, and revenue generation initiatives.

Location: Mira-Bhayandar (Only Mumbai based candidates are eligible)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and corporate rate agreements.

Handle inquiries received through email, phone, and online platforms, ensuring prompt responses.

Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, Revenue, and Finance departments for seamless execution of client requirements.

Assist in generating leads

Assist in generating leads & monitor sales pipelines and follow up on pending proposals and contracts.

Assist in organizing hotel tour, guests meetings,



and promotional events.

Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, assist with special requests, and nurture B2B/corporate client relationships

Liaise between the sales team and operations (food & beverage, front desk) to ensure seamless execution of banquets, room blocks, and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-5 years of experience in hotel sales support, reservations, or sales coordination.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
