Luxmi Enterprises is hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.

- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare basic reports and customer data updates.

Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and customer management skills.
- Prior CRM/Customer Support experience preferred.

Salary: As per experience + Incentives
