Position: Meta Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive leads, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop effective campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking events.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation, eCommerce, and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of funnel strategy and customer acquisition.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling large advertising budgets.
- Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
- Experience with multiple industries and campaign objectives.
- Knowledge of copywriting and creative testing strategies.
