Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients or candidates
Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and LinkedIn posts
Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and campaign details
Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach and engagement strategiesRequirements:
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing tools
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-orientedGood to Have:
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Mailchimp
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
