Job Summary

World of Mysore Pak is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to increase brand visibility and drive sales by engaging with tourists, travel partners, hotels, corporates, and local businesses. The role involves identifying tourist trends, building partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and increasing footfall to our stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Track tourist arrivals, seasonal travel trends, and major events in Mysuru to plan sales activities.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, resorts, guides, and transport operators.
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract domestic and international tourists.
- Coordinate promotional activities during festivals, exhibitions, and tourism events.
- Generate corporate and bulk orders for gifting, festivals, and special occasions.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Visit hotels, tourist attractions, and corporate offices to promote World of Mysore Pak products.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and marketing activities.




- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for location-based and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and market intelligence reports.
- Work closely with retail and production teams to ensure product availability during peak tourist seasons.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Tourism, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or tourism.
- Experience in business development or channel sales is an advantage.
