We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce marketplace logistics associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly—from routing orders and managing inventory to delivering excellent customer support. If you are a fast learner who adapts well to new software and fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Order Management: Route daily orders to tailors and dispatch completed orders efficiently.
- Logistics Tracking: Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues.
- Customer Support: Handle customer support queries professionally and promptly.
- Returns & Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
