- Lead the presales design process by understanding client requirements and delivering creative layouts and presentations.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of GFC drawings, working drawings, and execution-ready design documentation.
- Drive material approvals and coordinate with Projects, Procurement, and MEP teams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to achieve performance and project goals.
- Ensure design completion within 15–20 days and obtain timely client approvals.
- Deliver designs within approved project budgets through value engineering and smart material selection.
- Finalize BOQs, specifications, and long-lead material requirements for procurement.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, detailing, and execution readiness.
- Build solid client relationships and ensure a minimum 80% client satisfaction.
- Experience in Commercial Interior Projects is a must

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
