- Understanding of HP server, Storage controller, RAID
- Usage of HP system Server Management tools
- Collection of Logs from Server, Storage controller CLI logs
- Skilled to identify hardware component failure indicators, case logging with details
- HP Data protector Express – DPX Backup application usage, log creation
- LTO tapes rotation cycle, L&TT; log creation to identify LTO drive errors
Microsoft MS-Excel knowledge for MIS purpose
- Hardware knowledge to handled HP upload PCs setup at site
- Knowledge on LAN management, WAN connectivity, working of switch/Router at site
