Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s degree (M.Pharmacy) in the relevant specialization from a PCI-approved institution
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of teaching / research / industry experience in Pharmacy
- Strong academic background with practical exposure in laboratory and clinical settings
- Candidates must meet PCI / UGC norms as applicable

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Pharmacy courses
- Develop, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
- Guide students in laboratory work, projects, dissertations, and research activities
- Supervise practical training and ensure compliance with PCI standards
- Conduct independent and team-oriented research and publish in reputed journals
- Mentor students for academic, professional, and career development
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic events
- Participate in departmental,



university, and accreditation-related activities

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

- Specialization in areas such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Pharmacy Practice
- Experience with drug formulation, analysis, quality control, and regulatory practices
- Familiarity with modern laboratory instruments, research tools, and digital learning platforms
- Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary academic and research teams

Pay Scale

₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
